Learning

 

 

Learning is the process of making meaning and sense from data and information. Learning is often tacit—not highly conscious. We think some of the most useful kind of learning takes place while people are involved in action and we therefore focus most of our practice on helping people learn from their action in work. Learning—of individuals, and subsequently, of the entire system—is the process that makes the creation and use of knowledge meaningful.
